    Everest INOX 25 furnaces are suitable for steam rooms with a volume of 22 to 28 cubic meters. INOX furnaces are made of AISI 430 stainless steel with a thickness of 4 to 6 mm. Thicker steel is used for the manufacture of a closed heater, and the furnace part of the furnace is made of steel 4 mm thick. The furnace tunnel of all three models is made of the same steel.

    A key element of the INOX furnaces is a closed heater, placed above the furnace space. Thick walls of the heater perform the function of a chipper tooth. Flames and heated gases flow around the heater from five sides, allowing you to quickly heat the stones laid inside to a temperature of 550-600 degrees. Water from the upper tank through the pipes enters the lower part of the heater and evenly reaches the stones through the pinholes. The system allows you to get fine steam without excessive cooling of the stones. To exit the steam in the upper part of the heater is equipped with a door. The cast iron door airflow control system helps to accurately dose the amount of steam leaving the heater.

    All Everest INOX furnaces are externally painted with heat-resistant paint to protect against external damage. The paint fully gains its properties after the first furnace burning and heating of the walls for 45-50 minutes.
