The furnace for the Russian bath number 04P

The configuration of the 04P furnace is optimized for small steam rooms. The bevelled upper part of the stove makes it easy and convenient to supply water to the stones. The steam obtained on the stones goes up without the risk of burning someone, which is important for small steam rooms. Bulk, non-ventilated heater allows you to get a large amount of steam, a thick metal of the firebox and smoke channels will provide a high stove life (over 15 years).

Water supply to the lower hot zone of the heater gives a large amount of light invisible steam.

The furnace is intended for facing by a brick. Brick - the material that is most suitable for facing furnaces and creating the most mild climate in the steam room, it gives thermal radiation close to our body, like solar heat. Brickwork around the furnace: provides maximum reduction of infrared radiation from the metal; allows you to get the climate of the Russian bath and keep it for a long time; increases the heat capacity and, due to the huge thermal inertia, allows you to quickly and completely dry the steam room; extinguishes all hard thermal radiation from a hot metal; levels the climate; increases the heating rate of the bath with proper installation; guarantees fire safety.

Features of the furnace "TROIKA" 04P:

-Metal with a thickness of 8 mm (body) and 20 mm - in the hottest zone of the heater, able to withstand a large mass of stones and not deform. The furnace can be equipped with a heat exchanger and a tank up to 100 liters.

-Can be equipped with a door with glass.

-The absence of convection flow in the heater - hotter stones, and as a consequence an invisible light vapor.

- Supply of water to the lower hot zone of stones (the temperature of the lower part of the stones is more than 500 ° C).

-Only a closed type heater allows you to get the maximum temperature of heating stones.

- Stones are heated from 4 sides at the same time.

-The shutter on the stove can be controlled from the waiting room, it allows you to heat the stove in different modes.

-The large diameter of the chimney provides stable traction in all weather conditions and eliminates the need for cleaning.

- The chimney system has a revision hatch.

- The volume fire chamber 750 mm long allows to heat firewood to 700 mm.

- Wheels are supplied in the kit for more convenient transportation of the furnace.
